MSW Calendar

All rides leave the Sports Village at 9.30am. Typical average speeds are below.
A - guide average speed 18mph, 3hrs+
B - guide average speed 15-17mph, up to 3hrs
C -  guide average speed up to 14mph, approx 2hrs
 
The groups may split for safety reasons, due time constraints etc but will all follow the route plan provided by our weekly route plan volunteers.
Under 16s are welcome if accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

A series of 4 early season 5-mile events from Westbury to Cruckton, finishing at Shoot Hill.
Open to all riders aged 12 and over.
Sign on from 6pm at the Lion Inn, Westbury. 

Road Bikes only. Rules:
• Wheel rim no more than 60mm depth.
• No aero TT helmets, no helmets that cover the ears.
• No TT bars, clip on TT bars or Spinacci bars. Flat-bar bikes (hybrid, MTB) are welcome.
• Skin suits are allowed.

Ride around on the floodlit 1km traffic-free circuit with MSW every Thursday.

Sign on at the trackside cycle hub. Members £3, non-members £4, U18s £2.

This session, from 11am to 12pm on Saturday mornings, is for young cyclists (under 16) who are able to balance and pedal a bike unaided.
 
Please ensure your bike in good working order. Bring a helmet, suitable clothing and a drink.
Cost: £3, please pay at the trackside Cycle Hub. 
 
These MSW coach-led sessions provide a fun and safe way to introduce young riders to the world of cycle sport and provides a platform to improve bike handling skills.  
 
MSW is a Go-Ride accredited club. Go-Ride is British Cycling's programme to help young people enjoy the freedom of cycling and develop lifelong skills and habits. :-)
