All rides leave the Sports Village at 9.30am. Typical average speeds are below.
A - guide average speed 18mph, 3hrs+
B - guide average speed 15-17mph, up to 3hrs
C -  guide average speed up to 14mph, approx 2hrs
 
The groups may split for safety reasons, due time constraints etc but will all follow the route plan provided by our weekly route plan volunteers.
Under 16s are welcome if accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
